Our Story
I’m Autumn Wilson — a fitness enthusiast and coach who understands the rhythm of a full life.
For the past three years, I’ve been coaching and searching for what truly works for busy women — those balancing careers, ambitions, and everything in between. Through that journey, I learned that strength isn’t about doing more; it’s about moving with purpose.
Målet means “the goal.” For me, that goal became clear: to create a space where every woman — regardless of age, background, or starting point — can find her own way to strength. I wanted a solution that feels inclusive, sustainable, and real.
Målet is built on that vision: calm design, intentional movement, and programs that meet women where they are. Because true progress should feel like balance, not burnout.
